Teaching Motivational Interviewing is an eighteen-hour workshop offered in six sections, designed to enable and empower participants to teach motivational interviewing (MI) in their own professional settings. Ideal for MI-fluent professionals who seek to train and coach MI among their peers, this training will provide participants with a plethora of resources to develop their own MI training materials and will support them to practice presenting those materials in a manner consistent with good MI practice. Interested candidates must qualify to attend this training by providing a recent sample of their use of MI that reaches the standard competency benchmarks.
