Excellence in MI translates to better outcomes to the people we serve. It is my desire to continue and hone my skills, and as a life long learner I am passionate about helping others hone their MI practice. I was born and raised in Tucson, AZ. As a minority from an underprivileged school I went straight to the university and later to pursue my masters in Social Work. My desire has always been to help people grow and develop. I provide trainings each month to employees at my workplace and want to branch out to the community. I tailor trainings to meet the individual needs of the staff and focus on coaching during trainings to help people apply concepts.
