I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Georgia with over 10+ years working in the mental health/substance abuse field. I have experience working with and training teams - both clinicians and administrators - in inpatient, outpatient, community agencies, and accountability courts. My passion is helping others learn how to develop authentic relationships with those around them. This includes working in the corporate and business arenas to help leaders develop the relational leadership skills that bring about strong, sustainable change in their teams and organizations.
I provide beginner-advanced and specialty-topic/population MI workshops as well as ongoing MI supervision/consultation. I also utilize MI, Appreciative Inquiry (AI), and other relational-based, positive inquiry frameworks to provide consultation and training to individuals and agencies around change management, employee retention & well-being, team building, and leadership development/executive coaching.
