This 2-day MITI Version 4.2.1 workshop will provide multiple practice opportunities to learn and apply specific and current concepts in Motivational Interviewing coding and coaching.
Participants will engage in learning through wellpaced, immersive and highly interactive discussions, using written materials, videos, audio recordings, exercises, and multiple practice opportunities. Participants will also have an opportunity to develop coaching plans, and practice delivering coding and coaching feedback. This workshop is ideal for practitioners who are interested in elevating their MI skills to a new level, for evaluating and improving one’s own work or helping others become more skillful, preparing for research projects using the MITI, and/or for supervising and coaching others effectively in MI practice.
