This is a masterclass for individuals who already have extensive training in Motivational Interviewing. Join the group for a unique opportunity to enhance one of the paramount skills in MI: complex reflections. Let's practice different styles of reflecting and discover our own personal voices. Analyze reflecting techniques with regard for length, frequency, and word choice. How do you answer the question, "How complex should a complex reflection be?" Join us to share your thoughts.

This workshop is for professionals who already practice MI skills in their work. Participants in this training will have the opportunity to discuss their clinical challenges, to receive feedback on their skills from peer learners, and to find one’s own voice within the style of Motivational Interviewing.
