I am an adult educator with 20+ years of experience creating safe spaces for entry level learning. My training philosposphy is analogous to the sport of curling - The client intitaes learning and I sweep the path forward.
I have 8+ years experience as an MI consulatnt specializing in coding, coaching, and training for community corrections agencies. My current MI fascination is affirming underlying values and embeded learning that occurs with presence and authentic recognition.
I'm currently working with the MINT's Inclusion and Diversity Advisory Committee (IDAC) planning for the upcoming MINT forum workshop.
